The most left comment on the survey’s that we receive back from our families is “We felt just like family at Mayes Ward-Dobbins”.  That comment is the most meaningful comment that we could receive and it helps us to confirm our intentions.  We strive everyday to treat each person who walks through our door as if it were our own family walking through that door.  The Pendley family is strong in our beliefs but the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Family is made up of everyone who is a part of the Team.  Each Team member is serious about this and very intentional when it comes to our Mission.  Our Mission Statement which is posted around the funeral home reads:

“To serve each family in the most professional and caring manner;

To treat their loved ones with the utmost respect;

And to treat each family as if they were our own. “

This Mission Statement runs through our Team’s veins and getting feedback on this means we are accomplishing that goal.  They’re many funeral providers throughout our community and this is what separates us from those other providers.

We invite you to be a part of our family and to put our Mission Statement to the test…. Before, During & After.

We invite you to leave us a review and tell us about your experience.  You can do that by clicking here!
